Warranty in the CQB.PL store
The warranty is valid only with the original proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, alterations, damage or wear of consumables, as well as natural wear and tear of the goods during operation. The deadline for considering the complaint by our company is up to 14 business days. If it is necessary to perform an additional expertise and send the goods to the manufacturer, this period may be extended to 45 working days. The date of commencement of the complaint process is considered to be the date of receipt of the goods at the address indicated above. After confirming that the product qualifies for a complaint, the goods will be brought to a usable condition if possible or if the repair is difficult and the item can be used with a defect. the proposed compensation of part of the value of the item, if the guarantor deems it appropriate. In the second place, if the repair of the goods is not possible, the same or equivalent product will be sent to the customer. When it is not possible to offer an equivalent product because it will be unavailable, the customer will be entitled to a refund for the purchased goods. It is the guarantor who decides on the method of solving the complaint. The warranty for the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract and the warranty.
